"I called our agent’s office to get clarification on a bill that I just received.Sarah Magdaleno answered my call and did some digging. There had been an endorsement credit that had not been applied to the original amount. That dropped the payment to about $227 down from $591. "AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT OFFICE! They failed to renew my FEMA flood policy as they had agreed to and the lapse caused the policy to expire. I tried to reactivate the policy, however FEMA will not honor the Annual Increase Cap Discount. My annual premium went up $3,732 because of their incompetence!"

FEMA has advised that the premium caps cannot be honored once a policy lapses. "State Farm ROCKS! Local rep Lydia and her staff Sarah (who is handling my current case), as well as the adjuster Amee has been super helpful and quick to react to my request. They all understand my situation very well. Sarah checks up on us in an appropriate intervals to see if we have any concerns. If there is a concern on our part, she is quick to act and keeps things moving along and addresses any concerns. Stat Farm's electronic payment system works very well too. I submit invoice or any expense report and it's approved within few hours and the funds are transferred (ACH) to my account in couple of days. I understand that other form of reimbursement such as credit cards or PayPal, funds are available almost immediately. The project is not completed yet, but so far, GREAT!"
